I tried making a purchase, why was my transaction declined?
- Here are the two most common errors that we get:
- The billing address did not match the billing information for the card. Please be sure to enter the billing information for that credit/debit card. You can enter a different shipping address.
- Your credit/debit card has security features that may require you to call them to tell them that you are making this purchase.
- If you're using paypal account please verify if you have enough funds to support the transaction amount.
My credit/debit card was declined, why was my account charged?
- Although your card was declined, the funds are held by your card issuer. These funds are released after 2-3 business days.
