Do I have to pay sales tax?

  • Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to New York addresses during checkout.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

  • An automated email will be send to you to serve as confirmation of shipment.

    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my cart?

    • Email us at contact us page or live chat with us to make changes to your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

    How do I find a product?

    • To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

    I have a question on my charges.

    • Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

    How do I use my coupon?

    • After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. There is a box on the upper left hand corner on the second page of checkout. Enter your coupon code exactly as you acquired it (capitalization matters).

    Can I order items on backorder?

    • No, we do not back order. We only sell items that are in-stock. If you were able to checkout and pay for an item then that item is in our warehouse and ready for shipment. Unless there was an error, in which case you will be notified.
